We have been informed by some customers that they have had some problems with items disappearing from their shopping cart after they have selected an item, and then go to shop for more items on the website.
If you are experiencing this problem, you most likely need to enable cookies in your internet browser. Also for those of you using Zone Alarm Pro please note that you must have 3rd party cookies enabled for the shopping cart to add multiple items. Customer Service is open from 9AM-6PM Monday through Friday Eastern Time. If you cannot reach us by phone, please feel free to e-mail us at info@njflags.com and you will get a quick response, usually within 30 minutes.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund. Refunds will be issued for any product that is returned to us in good condition.
Shipping Times
Items usually ship within 1 business day of your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the time you checkout by our shopping cart. You can from the chart below how much we charge for shipping your order via ground service. If your order is under 3 pounds we ship the items via USPS Priority Mail and if your order is above 3 pounds we ship via UPS Ground.
Please note that UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at a higher cost and will be calculated by our shopping cart at checkout.
Get free ground shipping on orders $70 and over
* For certain poles there will be a surcharge added due to the fact that UPS charges very high rates for oversized boxes. These items will be noted as "Oversize" on their individual item pages. Our shopping cart will give you a total for these charges when the items ship.

Transit Time
USPS Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days for delivery time. UPS Ground shipments take 1-5 days depending on where you are located in the United States.
We always attempt to ship items as soon as possible. If there is a delay or we are out of stock on an item we will notify you by e-mail.
Deadline for order requiring 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air delivery is 12 noon for the item to be shipped out the same day, otherwise it will ship the next business day.
Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends. They do offer a Saturday delivery service at a higher cost. Feel free to e-mail us if you need this service for your order.
Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses
All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses will be made by Priority Mail. We will advise the cost of this service before your order ships.
Canada
All orders to Canada ship via Global Priority Mail which generally takes 2-5 days depending on your location. Please note that shipping costs are not computed on Canadian orders and that we will inform you of shipping costs before your item ships out.
Purchase Orders
We do accept purchase orders from schools, towns and other organizations. Feel free to e-mail us with what you are looking to order, or fax your PO to us at (973) 426-7858.
Wholesale Pricing
We can provide excellent pricing to dealers and agencies for larger quantity orders. Please feel free to e-mail us at info@njflags.com with what flags you are looking for and in what quantity and we will get back to you with a price quote.
Flag Alterations
If you are adding a pole sleeve or a fringe to a flag please note it may take an extra day or two to add this to your flag. We will notify this to you via e-mail if that is the case.

All credit card transactions from our shopping cart are secure and encrypted. We use Yahoo! Store as the backbone for our shopping cart system so privacy and security of your credit card information is guaranteed.
